UbiFuud brings neighbours together around home-style food experiences. Here's how it works, whether you're joining as a member or sharing your cooking as a host.

Many neighbours do both. You can start as a member and become a host whenever you're ready.

Offerings
What a host shares
An offering is a home-style food experience a host prepares on a given day. Each offering has a photo, a start time, a number of spots, and a contribution per spot. When every spot is taken, the offering shows as Fully Booked.
Bookings
How members join
A booking is a request to join an offering. Your host reviews each request and accepts or declines it. You'll see live status updates — Pending, Confirmed, Completed — right in the app.
Coordination
How experiences come together
Once a booking is confirmed, you and your host coordinate pickup at the start time through in-app messages. Ask about ingredients or allergies before you book.

Five steps to start hosting
Host onboarding happens in the UbiFuud Host app. Your offerings appear to the wider community once your profile is approved, insured and well reviewed.

Name your kitchen
Choose a host name for your profile — or let us suggest one.

Set your location
Add your address. Members see an approximate area until a booking is confirmed.

Upload insurance
Hosts upload proof of insurance before their offerings can be discovered.

Add your first offering
Every host starts with at least one offering, including a photo.

Connect Stripe
Link a Stripe account so contributions reach you directly.
Guidelines
How we look after each other
Community activity guidelines
- Be respectful, warm and clear with every neighbour.
- Share honest descriptions, photos and ingredient information.
- Hosts follow local food-safety expectations in their own kitchen.
- Arrive on time for your start time, or let your host know early.
Contribution guidelines
- Hosts set a fair contribution for each spot on every offering.
- Members confirm their contribution in the app — never in cash or off-platform.
- Tips are always optional and go directly to your host.
- Contributions are processed securely by Stripe.
Safety & privacy
- A host's exact address is shared only after a booking is confirmed.
- Payment details are handled by Stripe and are never stored by UbiFuud.
- Keep conversations inside the app so support can help if needed.
- You can request deletion of your account and data at any time.
